Adwired to become UNICEPTA Suisse AG

Following its October 2022 acquisition, Adwired AG will now officially be integrated within UNICEPTA Group as UNICEPTA Suisse AG

 

The service portfolio in Switzerland will include all media, marketing, and corporate intelligence solutions offered by the market leader

With the October 2022 acquisition successfully completed, the merger will now also be conducted in organizational terms. Adwired AG has been officially renamed UNICEPTA Suisse AG, effective February 7, 2023. The brand relaunch and operational integration will boost the presence of UNICEPTA Group, a global market leader in AI-based media, marketing, and corporate intelligence, on the Swiss market.

“Demand for relevant, data-based, real-time insights among companies and organizations is growing rapidly, not just in communications and marketing, but also in other strategic areas. As a strong business hub, Switzerland has always been an important growth market for UNICEPTA. This expansion of our team and capabilities will enable us to provide even better support with tailormade solutions to clients in future,” says Jochen Freese, CEO at UNICEPTA Group.

The rebranding will see the unification the UNICEPTA brand on the Swiss market go hand in hand with the structural integration of Adwired within UNICEPTA Group. The team of around 20 people, headed up by Adwired founder Patrick Schürmann, who is to become Managing Director of UNICEPTA Suisse AG, will remain unchanged, as will their office in the heart of Zurich.

New products, for example in corporate intelligence, are also set to help the company stand out from the market. This solution uses innovative natural language understanding processes to identify events that may be of greatest relevance to clients at the earliest possible stage. As with an early-warning system, potential risks and opportunities, related to supply chains, ESG issues, or competitors, can thus be identified.

The clients of UNICEPTA include leading SMEs as well as global corporations and organizations. In Switzerland, most clients are in consumer goods, industrial production, or the finance, pharma, or automotive industries.
