AMEC Communication Effectiveness Awards 2023 in London

The AMEC Communication Effectiveness Awards honours communication measurement excellence. For the 21st time already, this
award recognises exceptional work and showcases the importance of research, measurement, insights and analytics. On 16 November, the time had finally come. The awards ceremony and reception at Church House in Westminster was the perfect setting for a successful evening for the UNICEPTA UK team.

Very successful night for the UK team

Shortlisted in a total of 3 categories, the team took home an award in all three nominated categories. These included the prestigious award for AMEC Young Professional of the Year. UNICEPTA UK Consultant Lucy Lavery was delighted to receive this special honour.

We were recognised for our work with UNICEF in the category ‘most impactful client recommendations arising from a measurement study’ with the gold award. Our winning project provided deep insights on how executives discuss and engage with topics related to CSR on social media to support the development of a strategic framework for building new relationships with corporate partners and other high-value donors.

In the category ‘most effective planning, research and evaluation in the public and not-for-profit sectors’ the team was honoured with the silver award for the extraordinary work we have done in cooperation with our client World Health Organization. During this project we worked alongside the World Health Organization EPI-WIN team from the beginning of the pandemic to support them in fighting the COVID-19 ‘infodemic’.
